Therapy
My clients for therapy are individuals who are committed to their journey of healing and transformation. Therapy restores aliveness, and I deem it a sacred event.
The frequency of Sessions can be weekly, every other week, or a single session from time to time. Each session lasts 55 minutes, and continuity and regularity are recommended to ensure a successful and deep therapy process.
My therapeutic approach is “tailor-made” to what you want to obtain and need, as each person is unique. To provide you with connections and support you in meeting your therapy goals, I draw on my experience and variety of treatments to the best of my abilities. After getting to know each other, you can decide if working with me meets your needs based on your feelings. I am open to meeting you where you are and supporting you in stating your goals. From there, I will propose a course of action to gauge your progress in therapy. Gradual change takes time and consistency, but it is lasting.

Body-Centered
Psychotherapy Sessions
Modality:
– In-person and, in some cases, online with guidance and accompaniment
Our body does not express itself with words, but through movement, breath and any human creative expression. I offer guided movement and expression to unblock what has been held from your consciousness and stored in your body, such as memories of past experiences and their associated emotions. This re-establishes and supports the restoration of the experience of wellbeing. We do this through guided and gradual movements. The therapy can help to release and explore tensions in the body that are translated into personal narratives or stories. Emotional regulation is explored as physical movement and the expression of emotions are processed with the awareness of the Autonomic Nervous System.

Healing is a path that involves both heart and soul. In my healing sessions, my clients often experience restorative changes that improve their physical, mental, or emotional conditions. I approach my work with care and in alignment with any allopathic or alternative treatments my clients may be receiving. I work holistically with my clients, and my hands-on healing can be subtle yet profoundly deep. With 30 years of training and practice in different modalities, I work with what each individual’s system may need in a gradual and gentle manner.
Discover your Autonomic Nervous System unique profile.
Experience the power it has to shape your decisions in daily life once you learn its ways.
I offer a series of ten sessions aimed at bringing your attention towards your Autonomic Nervous System. These sessions will help you understand your Personal Autonomic Profile and how it affects your daily life. By working together, we will explore how to harness the power of your ANS for your health and well-being. This knowledge will support your journey towards healing, change, and transformation.
I work with people who, because of their personal history and life experiences, want to regain their self-confidence and trust in others and in life to the fullest.
I ask my patients to state their goals in therapy, for us to work together in sessions.
How I work
Therapy is a human-to-human relational process. It requires both the therapist and the patient to work together to create a connection that can lead to positive change.
This connection is the foundation for the healing process and helps to create a deeper level of understanding and trust between the two parties.
Dr. Porges, Founder of Polyvagal Theory and Doctor in Psychophysiology, suggests that “Safety is the Treatment”.
We -as human beings -need this felt-sensed safety in order to heal, grow and thrive. I have embraced his approach as central to my therapy practice.
I provide therapeutic presence primarily. Once we have a solid trust in our sessions, I use various techniques in my practice, including AEDP, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Body Psychotherapy.
These techniques are introduced to the sessions that will be tailored to meet the unique needs of each person.
Whether someone is struggling with intrusive thoughts or voices, blocked emotions, relationship issues, or any other challenge, I work with them to provide the tools and support they need to make progress.
